Leaky toilet pipes, limited hours of hot water, and the absence of a heater in the room are all concerning issues. The poor response and lack of a welcoming reception are unacceptable.

Overall the experience was good.
Provision of an electric kettle for making tea or coffee would have been well appreciated.
Also a ceiling fan could be a good addition as it's a bit warm inside the room in hot seasons.

I have been staying with family since 2026 as my children were studying in Lawrence School Lovedale. Best location, best experienced hotel staff good food, very safe feeling, good rooms. The only poor side is little congested parking during peek times .but the security staff are highly professional, they help.

Disappointing
The location was good.
The rooms were not properly maintained. They gave us turned towels. The flush was broken. Overall, it seems like an old property that has not been taken care of since a long time.
