We were told we would have complementary breakfast on our first day at stay , but we did not have breakfast on our first day as we were hurry to go to a place . We asked if we could have that breakfast on our second day , but they said they ‘No’
They asked more money to pay than mentioned in booking.com when we booked . The total amount to be paid at the hotel according to the conformation email from booking .com was Rs 16040. But they asked us to pay extra Rs 1926 when we were checking out in the name of tax . They were saying it was tax . We told them it was not mentioned anywhere in the conformation email we received from booking.com so we would not be able to pay as it’s unfair . They said they would not let us leave the property if we don’t pay . The receptionist and the manger keep telling us that they didn’t have anything to do with booking.com which didn’t make any sense to us . Unfortunately we had to pay that extra amount as we were in a hurry to head to our next destination . It was totally inappropriate and unfair what they did to us . We will definitely not recommend this place to anyone as this would not happen to anyone else.

Stayed here with my colleagues for a work trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start.
The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and perfect for both relaxation and catching up on a bit of work, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable though.
The location is also ideal, close to both our work event venue and a variety of restaurants, so we could easily explore the area after business was done. Overall, it was a fantastic mix of comfort, convenience, and professionalism.
Highly recommend this hotel for any business travellers or groups looking for a balance of work and relaxation.

We came here for a bachelor blast and this is my second visit! From the moment we checked in, the staff was super welcoming and even gave us a few tips on the local spots to hit. The rooms were Clean, spacious, and the perfect setup on the top floor. The beds were so comfortable that a couple of us almost slept through our alarms (no regrets there)!
Location-wise, it’s a prime spot. Close enough to all and enough to catch some peace when we needed it. The staffs Mani, Arun and Rahul went out of our away and arranged for whatever we asked for.
All in all, if you’re a group of guys looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and a great place to unwind, this is the spot. Highly recommend for bachelor boys, or anyone looking to have a good time and worth for the money paid. It’s not at all expensive and even food falls within budget

What a truly set hotel & the exceptional service from the reception staffs Rahul, Arun and Tushar. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. and they went out of their way to ensure all my needs as we arrived by 10 pm.
One of the features I appreciated most was the reliable hot water service at the time they mentioned. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to return to a hot shower with consistent water pressure and this was a big plus for me.
The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Hotel Silver Oak to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares.

We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely wonderful—especially considering the affordable price! The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering a perfect balance of memories and budget-friendliness.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated room that felt cozy and intimate. The attention to detail really made it feel like a special retreat for the two of us.
One of the highlights was the candlelight dinner arranged by the hotel. It was truly a magical experience, with a quiet, cliff top view that allowed us to enjoy a lovely evening together. Arun, Sujatha and Tushar with chef Vignesh took care to create a romantic and the delicious food—well beyond our expectations for a budget stay.
And then, there was the cake! We were surprised with a mouth-watering cake, fresh and decadent, that added the sweetest touch to our celebration. It was clear that the hotel took extra steps to ensure we felt pampered and celebrated on our special occasion.
We highly recommend it to any couples looking for a romantic getaway on a budget.

The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly plush, providing the perfect haven for a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the small touches, such as the soft lighting and cozy blankets, which added to the overall charm.
The hotel staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From offering local tips to making sure every need was met, their friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out. It felt like staying with friends who genuinely cared about my experience.
