The location of the property is excellent.

Overall experience is fantastic
Tissue paper was not available in the room, generally people use towel and bed sheets as tissue paper.
But we have not done that, we purchased, because hygiene is our top priority.even we kept the shoes out side.
One glass jar of water is not sufficient for two persons in each room.it is not updated Unless we ask.
As we pure vegetarians restaurant usage was less.
Pl provide veg ang non veg kitchen in different locations.

The courteous and helpful staffs.The ambience outside room was amazing. It's like falling in nature.
Breakfast time they mention 8AM but it starts at 8:30AM. Rest others things were fantabulous.

Wooden house was good.
Staff were discriminating in the restaurant. They were not responding to the intercom calls.
Didn't replenish water despite continuous calls and stopped picking up calls.
Wash basin inside the bathroom was not working.

This hotel is providing a very good budget friendly stay.The significant advantage of this hotel is the ambience which they provide intact.
Pros :
1) This property is situated in acres of land and will provide you a wonderful ambience which is worth as you can spend a whole day in their well maintained garden.
2) This hotel will provide you a budget friendly stay.
3) Friendly staffs, which make you comfortable which plays a role in your comfortable stay.
4) Spacious room was provided for us which was a double standard room.
5) Dedicated play area which will boost up our comfortable stay.
Cons :
1)The taste of food is not up to the mark.
2) The restaurant is lacking sufficient staffs and you have to wait for hours even to give an order and to get the dish which we have ordered.We had to wait for around 45 minutes in the night when we had ordered only a chicken soup, 4 chapathis and a butter chicken curry.The same scenario was in case of our lunch. Chicken soup was the worst which I had ever in my life.
3) They will not provide main course in your room and they will only provide starters in room service.
4) We were provided with a room which lacks privacy for family. The room which was alloted for us was adjacent to the reception hall and we could hear all the conversations happening there and viceversa.

Very good property and amazing view, clean Room, Nice location and staff.calm and peaceful stay.i have only one suggestion breakfast needed little improvement no egga, fruit and Bread.atlest keep bread it's basics.

Property bathroom doors were not closing, too much noise from outside the cabin. The restaurant is a very basic restaurant with the push of basic idali & vada had to escalate to get better food.

Its location and view exceptional . To cover its full garden area require minimum one full day, this place itself one the sightseen at Ooty. Really rooms are specious .
