It's a simple place and a basic hill view of Ooty. There are local constructions around on the hill, so it won't give you a complete feeling of a getaway, good for day 1 when you check in late! The rooms are neat and have a nice simple balcony.

Good property,near to all major locations of ooty. Very spacious Rooms & toilet facilities with hot water most of the time which is a big thing in extreme cold climates.Nice balcony view & all even at the ground floor.
Very Good deal if you get with offers & all.facilities worth the price.
No proper cleaning and care in this COVID-19 situation. We found previous guests -ladies personal used unhygienic horrible things in the main cabinet itself. Which means cleaning is just for name sake-Which is not at all acceptable in this pandemic situation were proper care of guests should be taken as first priority more than anything.Even toilet was not properly cleaned.
Customer service is also very average.

We had faced a power cut at new years eve for an hour , after waiting for half an hour, we called the staff over phone as no one was there in the hotel, after that post half an hour the staff turned on the generator

I loved the room, it was pretty clean and comfortable.
I didnt get the room with the mountain view which was I expected , so I was having the roadside noise which Little annoying.. otherwise everything is perfect
