Kitchen is next to the bathroom and bathroom also always opened so that I can't eat there..so we avoid the free breakfast also and the room size is very small ..balcony is waste very very small disappointed other than that cleanliness is superb..staff also good

Location is very close to the city and botanical garden, Tibetan market, other restaurants & shopping (walkable distance). The breakfast served is nice and freshly prepared by taking orders. The staff is excellent and well behaved and very helpful. They give out information regarding the tourist attractions and places to visit according to need. The service by the staff was quick and nice. Room was clean and restrooms were tidy hygienic.
Everything was good. Felt the rooms where a little tight fit for us but it was manageable nothing negative. The Bed length could have been better (just was sticking out my feet) again manageable due to the tight fit of the room. The TV cable connection could be a bit better as the connection was intermittent (on&off) while viewing.

Hot Water runs out quickly. Rooms are small. Balcony is very small. No one can sit there.

Location near to Anna stadium and Botanical garden. Many many batter options are available Hotel Vinayaga Inn is just on the corner. Far much superior and very very cheap in comparison
No ventilation in the room No exhaust fans in toilet. Water heater / boiler of 5 lit. capacity is not at all workable / useful in Ooty clement. Bed side lamps, switches broken. Lot and lot of scope of improvement Poor experience.

Everything was fine. Perfect place for a small family. As many people mentioned about the room size, it's a medium-sized room. But it was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was good. Staffs are really helpful and polite. Thank you everyone for providing a good service.

Room size is very small... difficult to stand in the room...if i saw this room before payment then definitely i cancelled my room.
No window in my room... Difficult to breath...
Exhaust fan broken not working.
