Worthless and waste, don't choose this resort. I had bad experience. Hotel owner is rude and not friendly
Not suitable for the rate they charged me. 4k for couple room and 5k for triple room. They asked to check out at 11am, I have checked out at 12:30pm.so charged me 500 for each room

Located in a peaceful locality outside the rush of Ooty. Good facilities and proper maintenance also.

Location is a bit outside the hustle and bustle of the city, so If you are looking for a quite place to stay this is a good choice. The room is big in size with balcony attached.
Complimentary breakfast was bit of a let down, I was there for 5 days and idli was present for a all those days with options in Rawa upma, poha Or sevai. There are 2 staff which takes care of everything from reception to food. No complaints in their service.

We had very bad experience with fabhotels . We came all away from Calicut. You should have confirmed with us atleast a day before travel. Atleast today morning as there will be network issue during travel. We were shocked to know that our booking was cancelled without prior notice. We got very poor service from your team. Hotel people charged double rate for single day. As i was travelling with small kids, found it very difficult to get a room in the last moment. My wife was pregnant too.I had already paid an amount that you asked for.I was even ready to pay full amount if you asked for it.Anyways i found it very difficult to get a room in this peak season. Didnt get a response from your customer service as well. Very disappointed with your service. Not going to refer fabhotels to anyone.Surely gona review this in your app.
