If you want to visit the tiger reserve and watch elephants, this is the best place to be but if you want to visit Ooty, i would never recommend this stay because it is quite far from Ooty.
A very strange business is going on in Ooty, particularly if you are travelling with your own vehicle. We went from Masinagudi to Ooty by our own car but while returning, police didn’t allow to enter where we came from and asked for Ooty license. And they allowed only local drivers to go from there who charge 1200 for the same route and if you are not willing to pay then you have to travel from alternate route which is 65 km far. That too it gets closed after 9 pm. We faced the same situation and were late to reach the gates which resulted that we had to sleep whole night in the car. I am giving low rating to this resort because of the communication gap we had and there was no assistance even after we shared our live location with them .

Absolutely nothing.
Where shall we start? The management has absolutely no regard for the property. While the MD was busy travelling in Mumbai, his team had no idea there even was a booking from us and made us wait over an hour while he was too caught up to even take calls. They had no idea about which rooms to give and showed us dark murky rooms. The room in itself was smelly, damp and claustrophobic. Moving on, the food, we had ordered some mutton curry and they gave us dog food. The staff has little idea about what is going on and they aren’t much to blame since the management team, if there is any, do no care about it.

The location is not very nice. The last stretch of road to the property is a really pain. There is no proper road also. The WiFi wasn’t working the whole time. Given the mobile networks are also not reliable in these regions, we really had a tough time to be connected to the internet. Even basic utilities like tissues, kettle or some tea bags were not present in the room. It was a hassle to keep calling the front desk/reception to get these to our room. The room was a very small and did not have a table inside. If you get any food delivered to your room, you have no choice but to struggle with it on the bed or have it on the sofa. The bathroom fittings were mostly broken and overall not up to the mark. Also, the inside photos of the room are missing on the website which is a huge misleading thing.

Staff was very helpful they kept on guiding us through out the route as map was not giving right directions. Location is good too.
It's a small resort with too many chalets in the small place so there not many recreational things. Rooms are not as spacious as they look in pictures. Food can be better or atleast value for money.
