We 4 friends stayed for 2 nights, 12th and 13th Sept. Old renovated bungalow with 6 rooms for guests. Peaceful, quiet and homely.
Had to ask for basic facilities like drinking water, tumblers in the room. Had to go and take from the dining table. Breakfast is ready only at 8.45 am which was late for us and we have to specify what we want. Food was just like home cooked, very limited and very simple.
No electric kettle provided in the room as mentioned in the description. When asked the manager on our last day said I never asked for it and I could have used the kitchen to make my morning coffee.
Rooms need more maintenance. The bathrooms can be dangerous as the shower area is 2 inches lower than the floor and since there is no shower cubicle or shower curtain the water wets the whole bathroom. Also due to the uneven bathroom floor anyone who misses a step can have a bad fall. Shower cubicles are needed.

The host(Moin) is very humble and friendly. Food is so delicious, felt like home food. It was a pleasant stay at Bella vista. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

The location is good , near to coonoor town . also you can park your car inside the facility.
It will be better to arrange a tea kettle and some tea bags and coffee sachets so guests can prepare their own if required rather than waiting for the cook to come by 7.30 am
