The historical buildings, the pool area, and the calm that the place presents. Very nice staff members and very helpful
It is a bit away from the center but well connected with the metro. Internet slow and the room smelled a bit moist. But overall nice.

The staff, the place and the ambience of Maidens Hotel was AMAZING.
I travelled with my mother and my in-laws and was sceptical at first but the way the team cared about us and took care of every little detail was exemplary.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were a bit slow

Hotel is very safe. The staff are very helpful and a very warm welcome. They had very good pillows and bedding service twice a day. The staff keep the gardens immaculate and they try very hard to please you. They always provide bottled water in your room.
When I first entered room it smelt like sewerage but next day it was gone.

Review of Maidens Hotel Delhi
There is a lot to like about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are massive and well laid out, the showers and the water flow are great. The restaurant is superb and the food is nice and well priced. The location in the old part of Delhi is convenient and not noisy, and of course the Civil Lines Metro Station (on the Yellow Line) is only about 200 metres away. The Morning Housekeepers are very considerate and nice and even take the time to leave handwritten personal notes for the guests pointing changes and things of interest in the room. We would in particular like to commend these Housekeepers and the Restaurant staff especially the Waiters who were generally very attentive and good at the service they provided.
We stayed in the hotel initially for 1 week and then again for 3 days separated by a week in September 2023. During the second stay, we were allocated a more executive room though given the nice room previously we would not have minded at all even if we had been allocated the same or similar room as before. At the end of our stay, we requested and were granted a later than usual check-out which was a nice gesture. The Reception Staff are all generally quite pleasant and welcoming. We did not have any unpleasant experience during our two stays. We would definitely stay at the same hotel again and again.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was great. We also liked the large and lush grounds surrounding the hotel and the superb swimming pool.
The bar and the dining areas were quite sterile and uninviting.
