Disappointing
Good entertainment- pool, arcade, spa, gym. Good bar drinks too.
The road to the property is so bad that I was scared that my car will break down. We booked a room which had a shower curtain and it was broken. The staff said they would send someone to fix it the next day but never did. We had to call multiple times for any requests (Luke ordering plates, cutlery, ice, towels, toilet paper). During breakfast and dinner, it seemed like the staff didn’t care taking the order, had to remind them repeatedly to get us what we ordered.

The food was excellent!!! A very good variety of non spicy food and fresh salad. Probably it's good to stay outside for the ones who live in Mumbai but not coming from overseas or far away because the road quality is not good
The rooms need some upgrades. It's near the beach but not as we expected, no swimming and the beach walkway is surrounded by rubbish.

Location and easy get away for the weekedn
The hotel is under renovation and the paint smell was quite strong which led to serious health issues. We requested for a change in room however the staff claimed they were fully sold out and the next morning was quite a disaster when we asked for a doctor the staff clearly mentioned doctor consultant charges are INR 3,000/- that too we need to check and they did not provide a medical or first aid kit too.

The hotel and food are good, but it's quite far from the airport. It is very difficult to find an Uber around the hotel. Only one person nearby can help with arranging an Uber, but he charges INR 1000 to the airport. I think that's reasonable. His name is Ram, and his contact numbers are 9833875277 and 8169928624. It’s better to book him in advance. During my checkout, I met a very helpful staff member near the front office. He was a tall person wearing a light blue t-shirt. I forgot to ask his name, but he is truly a gentleman. I have a lot of respect for him.
Booking.com advertised a 10% discount on food and spa services at the hotel. I was in a rush during checkout and didn’t examine the invoice. When I got home and reviewed the bill, I noticed I had been overcharged for the spa service, and the 10% discount on food and spa services had not been applied. I emailed the hotel to inquire about this, but they haven't responded. My advice to everyone is to check your bill properly before leaving the hotel. Additionally, the housekeeping staff member, Mukesh, was inexperienced and didn’t know how to properly clean the room. The front office manager, Anand, a short man, frequently asked guests to leave reviews on Google or Booking.com, specifically mentioning his name, yet he offered no support to clients. Whenever I tried to find an Uber from the hotel lobby, he consistently recommended the hotel taxi service, which is quite expensive at INR 2500 plus tax. The management must properly attend to all these matters.

the breakfast spread was superb and even the same with dinner as well, morning walk through the sea shore was amazing and later swimming was great. also the kids play area is well thought of, the high tea concept is great.

Only problem with the property is the king room had to twin beds joined . That was uneven in the middle . Which made our stay uncomfortable. Bed was extra soft , bit extra , was uncomfortable. Handwash , body soaps were not refilled in the bottles

I liked the service by the restaurant staff, the breakfast buffet was very good. Also the personal attention given by the Chef Anand and manager Husaain

Nothing at all
Didn’t like everything - no hygiene, no cleanliness, water near lift area prone to accident, filthy snacks and tea area not cleaned for ages, filthy beach which is not private, dirty property, bad cold breakfast with unwelcoming staff managing it. Stuffy suffocating room, unsupportive staff in case of medical emergency- no doctor help, no medicine help - nothing at all. Location wise completely outside city, Zomato swiggy don’t deliver at hotel. Condition outside hotel id bad. Checked out in 1 day when had already paid for 3 days. No refund given as well

Great location
It would have been nice to sit by the pool after a swim and have a cold beer but no alcohol near the pool. Apartment from that the place was really beautiful
