Location was good but the pictures appear to be from when construction was just completed
The property is in need of a lot of work inside and outside so it looks like the pictures
It was smelly, dusty and generally in sad condition

Location is very Good.
Property required maintenance.
Breakfast is pathetic food also pathetic.
Swimming Pool is under maintenance however same was not clear at the time of booking

Rooms are big and spacious. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. They don't clean the rooms on a daily basis. My daughter broke a glass by mistake. Had to chase house keeping multiple times for them to come and clean he pieces. Food menu is simple, but lovely. The 2 huskies they keep are hyper friendly. My kids loved playing with them.

Very very old and badly maintained property .. Rooms balcony windows has gap and all the cold winds gets into the room during my stay in the peak winter of December. Since I was staying with my family , I had to close those gaps myself by pushing some newspapers in those gaps mid night .. no hot water was available… furthermore , shower towels , bedsheets are totally worn off.. I really had to escalate it to get the room changed next morning … but the overall experience remained pathetic ..

I didn’t like property ,I got 1st room which was dirty ,after asking to change got new room but again same quality of room ,gutter was flowing in front of room ,dirty smell during all my stay

Against the facilities provided, rate was quite high for the room. Interior was quite old. Proper steamy Hot water was not coming from the shower or taps. Water was just warm. Those kits( dental, personal care, shaving, comb) were not provided. Bath linens were leaving fabric fibers on body. Very limited items were were in the Breakfast.

The room was good. Even the staff was very nice and calm. They were helpful as well.
Because of the amenities they mentioned, we never got that at staying time. And the frontdesk lady attitude is very bad. After finishing our stay, she stopped our family members there because she never found payment, which we paid through UPI. That was a mistake between his accountant and frontdesk not being involved in the guest in your matter again.What was that gesture. I don't like at all.
