A small chair is needed in room though they made makeshift arrangements on the window side.

Only good point is it is inside the Fort. The property is part of the fortress Massive Door. You would get the heritage feel. BUT the rooms and the property need some Love ,some Plants and some attention. Rather then solely depending on the heritage part it. Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was also good but not buffet. But you can easily choose two options from the menu and they freshly make it for you.
No effort was made to keep the property clean and presentable. They have amazing Potential to make it really beautiful. They need to learn from the small hotels in Udaipur and Pushkar, how they use the opportunity and location even when they are really small. This hotel is a lost opportunity. There are good hotels just 10 step from the hotel with same Tariff rate and equally good and clean. There was hot water kettle in the room but not a single tea bag, sugar or milk pouch. They didn't take any effort to put some plants outside the room or Door or make it look charming. My room was just right on the Road. Like I open the door and random visitors sitting on my Poarch as its the part of the road. Little Noisy.
The USP was the heritage part and nothing else. They need to utilize the space wisely. They have a beautiful area in the restaurant and they left that space for smoking and uncleaned. That space could have tables and chairs and visitors will fight to sit on that table but they didn't bother to think much.

The location the best in maheshwar; the staff were very attentive and happy to look after their guests; food in the cafe always fresh and good.
I also loved my private terrace for reading, drawing or catching up on admin in a private place.

There was a construction site nearby, and the whole night, they were running tractors with loud noise that was disturbing
