The villa is absolute value for money with excellent staff and amazing food.
Property location is in the outskirts of the main city which offers limited accessibility and makes it slightly inconvenient to step out without having a vehicle.

Great location with an amazing view, across the valley, a few miles out of Mahabaleshwar, with Baghdad Point (with more awesome views) just 3km down the road. Kashinath the caretaker and his wife will make you anything you want for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus there's a pool.

Experience was so good in villa..mainly Mr.kashinath was so helpful and respond accordingly to our needs.. The food was awesome just like a home made food..it made us to forget that we are in tourist spot We are overall satisfied with your services,environment,food and stay..we manifest to built a home like your villa that much we love your villa..
Its a suggestion 1. 24 hours hot water is essential in winter. 2. Inside door lock is essential.

The hospitality and location. Although a little difficult to reach since on an unbeaten path it has a great view from the rooms. Choose for the top floor rooms that have the better views. The staff are very polite and helpful. They ensure you have a wonderful stay. Food is home cooked and plentiful. Free Wifi was a plus. You can get cabs as well for sightseeing and tours.

We visited the property on weekend and it was a surreal experience,the owner went out of his way to help us and one such incident was that I forgot to bring the cake as it was raining heavily but the owner with his own vehicle drove us to the market and brought the cake for us Overall food quality service location,mountain view everything was perfect. Also the caretaker kashinath he also was very helpful ?

This villa is amazing, well maintained and with good service. Even the rent is at a good price. The villa is located at a beautiful hill top with gorgeous views. There is a small pool at Villa. Fresh and hot food will be prepared if you ask the servants. Overall an amazing experience.
Only drawback is the way to Villa. The road towards the villa is horrible, essentially there is no road it’s just muddy land.

Large room size, long balcony, common space cleanliness, helpful staff.
Unfortunately it was too foggy all day to see the beautiful view of the valley which was the main thing that attracted us to this hotel.
