The food could have been better The approach roads were among the worst that you can find in India. To add insult to injury, the local council even charged toll for road use. It’s a disgrace ?

The location, Ambience, weather, breakfast menu. The Rooms neat and clean . The house keeping staff very friendly and always smiling.
The rooms are good with amenities but could do better if theres a tissue box and daily newspaper service provided. The cafe ,lot of flies. The A la carte menu has limited options. The staff was not attentive at lunch, got our orders mixed up and billed us wrongly. Which was rectified after we mentioned. The breaskfast waffle counter girl was very slow and rude, our order was given to someone else instead of sending to our table. I brought this to the manager notice.

Excellent spread and varities one can enjoy. Healthy choice and can have brunch so that we are set free to explore mahabaleshwar without thinking of stomach.
Room should have liquid soap for hand wash, shower and shampoo. This is to avoid wastage of soap bar.

The F&B staff at Evershine Cafe were really very good and helpful. Special mention to - Madan, Pobitra, Bijaya Laxmi, Sapna and Amitav! The property, location and the ambience of the Hotel is really great! The Guest Relations Officer Chanchala Singh was very professional and did her best to make our stay comfortable.
The food is not good at all. There's not much choice in the menu, The Front office staff are not welcoming and helpful! The main doors in the rooms are old and needs repair or change. The way the other guests were banging the door throughout the day and night really made our stay miserable!

Location was good and the property is good. That however is the only good thing with the hotel.
The hotel is badly managed. We had booked premium rooms however these rooms were next to the pantry for house keeping and was extremely noisy. The staff made the maximum noise. The safe in the room was not working nor the blowers of the air conditioners. We had to change our rooms. The day before we checked out we stopped getting hot water. Even after we complained about the problem, we got lukewarm to cold water even the next day - the day of our check out. The management promises to get things sorted, however they do not act on it and wait for the departure of the customer.
