Heritage property in a beautiful setting with a lovely garden. Staff were delightful and the food which was cooked to order was good.

Staff is great and location is very close to Panchgani Market.

Location is centre stage, easily accessible and found on maps. Overlooking the hills and the Krishna river. Staff was warm and welcoming. Parsi food was sumptuous and tasty. A whole and hearty meal provided. We opted for an American plan as they say a full board with a stay.

Hotel Mount View Heritage is an incredible place to stay in Panchgani. We were truly captivated by its charm! The property boasts architecture that is nearly 100 years old, immersing you in a nostalgic and serene atmosphere. Surrounded by nature, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the mountains right from its premises. The grounds are alive with vibrant flora that attract various bird species, making it a paradise for nature and wildlife enthusiasts. A delightful surprise during our stay was spotting the majestic Indian Giant Squirrel - a rare treat for any animal lover. Adding to the charm, the owners have pet mongooses and a couple of friendly dogs, making the experience even more unique. The food here was exceptional, prepared in the authentic Parsi style. Each meal felt like a treat, and the desserts were delightful. I highly recommend having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the property to fully enjoy the culinary experience. It’s a perfect getaway for families, with plenty of activities to keep children engaged. The outdoor area features games like table tennis and carrom, ensuring fun for everyone. The hospitality was outstanding. The owners and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Parmar Uncle, who went above and beyond to take care of us. The personal touch they bring to every interaction made our stay truly memorable. Whether you’re a couple seeking a romantic retreat or a family looking for a refreshing vacation, Hotel Mount View Heritage is a fantastic choice. I’m already looking forward to visiting again!

The attendant staff were very helpful in making us comfortable. They served us in a timely manner

We loved the location and the gaming area. The common area outside our rooms served us just right as we were a large group and had booked 4 rooms in a row. We enjoyed the food that we thought had variaty, flavor and was very clean cooked with good quality products and oils. There was adequate parking space for cars. The bathrooms were spacious and very lovely. The rooms had a mini fridge too so again a great things for groups and families that arrived with ice boxes full of juices, shakes, etc . Our duplex room was not really great for a family of three. And having an extra mattress would have made the room get too cramped. We should have booked a larger room. But the bed was spacious n we managed kinda ok eventually. The owners dropped by to say hello in the evening which was very kind of them.

Very comfortable room and great food in huge quantities! Beautiful view of the valley from the outdoor seating. Very helpful and accommodating staff. All of which are due to the guest-friendly attitude of the owners. Our thank you for a great stay!

Great location overlooking a lake. Charming 100-year-old bungalows with all modern amenities in place. Tasty authentic Parsi food, diverse menus for every meal. Extremely hospitable owners and staff. Prompt and caring service. Cherry on the cake is the valley view. Can’t have enough of it.
