Decent enough for budget, they have hot water and born fire. Food and market is like 7-10kms away. Overall decent stay with nice secluded area

Great Food. The service is quick. Flexible Check-In & Check-Out timings (if there are no bookings after/before your dates). It is a Peacefull property. We had our drinks and enjoyed a lot around the bonfire. The pillows, bedsheets and blankets were clean and fresh too. The wifi is fast and extended well for good connection around the large property. You can work efficiently.
I think the food is a bit costly. but considering the stay charges and comfort and peace received, it's fine.

No proper road from main gate to villa. It is not a villa, it is house with asbestos roof, very hot in room, only one AC in entire room which is also not working properly.

Not suggested to any to visit this hotel this is very far from main citi they misguide you by sending wrong location after reaching at bus depo Mahabaleshwar they will share you the real location which is apx 12 km away on pratapgadh road and situated at down side of that it's so pathetic at all not recommended to any one

It is a scam. This property is not made for humans to stay. Property Person sent ur other location and took advance which he denied to return back. Booking rooms from your site have made me lose 3000 and our trips were completely ruined
