They have the bar at ground floor which didn't expected. Bathroom and bathroom walls are not cleaned. total dust in bathroom. The bedsheets and towels are completely old. (May be washing from 10yrs ) . Its may be a party rooms, where nothing is required other than alcohol. Given a room with no ac working and pressured to stay in same room for almost 2 hours. All photos shown in this website are very old. Now the rooms are completely different.

When I boiled water, there's short circuit resulting in no light in my room. A kettle needs to be requested, though there are coffee and tea in the room. No tissues in the toilet. Weak WIFI in the room,

Location is awesome. Hotel reception service was excellent. Flexible in early checkin & late checkouts. Enjoyed delicious food in their own restaurant. Restaurant was quite spacious & service was premium. In short, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Perfect for family stay. Ample amount of car/bike parking space with security guard.

Your bathroom is not clean even though it is a starred hotel.Nobody enquired about our requirements in the room.There was no cable connection to the TV.You have not recharged the cable network.There was no free breakfast as offered in the online booking confirmation.Hotel premises were full of dust.Washroom of the restaurant is not hygienic.

They helped me check in at 3 am without any hassle. The rooms are good enough for a short stay, if you dont have much use of the room, like if you have a day long plans outside. Might not be a choice for families as the rooms are small. AC was good enough and large bathrooms.
They definitely have to get new bed sheets, new towels, pillow covers. The bathroom fittings like shower, taps, hand faucet needs to be changed.
