Worst staff..They are not staff, they are goons.
Rooms are not cleaned. Dust and ugliness everywhere. Cockroaches roaming around

The room provided was not as mentioned.
We had booked a suite room and they gave us a normal room with extra bed.
On fighting with the staff for almost half an hour they changed our room and gave us as per booking.
But the suite had so many cockroaches in it... It was horrible.
Not value for the money.

Very rude staff. We book online and when we go there , receptionist said we only provide roomm with single bed and now water, no towel , no cooperation. Very disgusting and money minded staff. Very 3rd class hotel. Don't go there.

There was nothing to like in the property
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was nothing short of a nightmare.
First, the bed was in terrible condition – the mattress was old, sagging in the middle, and I could literally feel the springs poking through. It made an awful creaking sound every time I moved. A good night’s sleep was simply impossible. The sheets didn’t feel clean and smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been properly washed or aired out in ages.
But the worst part? The bathroom was completely unhinged – literally and figuratively. The door wouldn’t close properly and kept swinging open. The faucet was loose and dripping constantly. The toilet flush barely worked, and there was visible mold in the corners of the shower. It felt more like a run-down public restroom than a hotel bathroom.
For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and hygiene, but this was way below standard. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless they seriously upgrade their rooms and fix their maintenance issues.

I don't like this supreme better see another hotel near by kranhi more beautiful.
It's totally dark room with lots of mosquito inside u will b in dark hell.

Absolutely nothing.
I checked out within two hours . The place was dirty , run down , disgusting and shady. The restaurant was permanently shut down. Lacked even the basic levels of cleanliness .
