I have booked the hotel the time before I Reached madurai. I came with my 4 yrs old child. But as the time I reached madurai was ngt 2 am they said u cannot stay in hotel now and made me go away. As it was night I couldn't stay at anywhere with my child. Very pathetic situation was created by the staff. Very worst experience from that hotel

Just short trip and stay for meet your requirements -It is Budget Hotel and Located main area.
Room floor cleaning not done . Bed sheet and bed not properly arranged in second day after room cleaning . It is Opp of TASMAC that it is disadvantage .
