The property was not very clean. It’s look like so old. The all furniture in the room are flexible, not comfortable bed. The bathrooms are not properly clean. The lights are broken, not work properly. The mini Bar is empty. The room views very bad.

Other than the location there wasn’t much to like about this property
Badly kept rooms which needs a facelift desperately. Worn out carpets that smells, upholstery was shabby and dirty. Even the curtains were so dirty. Towels are so overused it’s more like loofah on your skin.
It’s a waste of my time to talk anything about the breakfast - tasteless food, most of the items which are expected to be served hot or at least warm, were all cold

The food was good and the staff were polite.
My stay here fell far short of the standards I expect from the Radisson brand. The room had several maintenance issues: the TV was broken (which took multiple reminders to fix), and the phone line had poor audio clarity.
The most shocking issue was the desk chair, which collapsed when I sat on it. I fell to the floor and am just relieved my child wasn't the one using it at the time. When I asked how a broken chair was left in a guest room, a staff member simply noted that the hotel is 12 yrs old and needs maintenance - an excuse I found concerning. While the food and staff were good, the poor condition of the room resulted in a disappointing overall experience.

The check-in went smooth thanks to Natisha who is the Guest Relations Supervisor.
She immediately built trust by kindly explaining about our ? driver who charged higher rates than normal.
Due to our long stay she gave us a nice discount on the breakfast rates.
Everyone working in the hotel from the security staff to the waiters treated us with respect and kindness. The location is superb due to being outside of the city centre and having the MBD Neopolis Mall nextdoor.
Breakfast buffet was superb with lots of healthy choices. We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson and this will be our 1st choice on return!

Most of the staff was courteous and very helpful.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and that was more than enough. The room was grimy, with stained carpets and a musty odor that lingered throughout the halls. Fixtures were broken or rusted, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. The bathroom was especially unpleasant—mildew in the shower and cracked tiles everywhere. It’s clear the place has seen better days and is now in serious need of renovation. Definitely not worth the price or the discomfort.
The reviews at the hotel sites are fake. If you look at the reviews they would look very similar always referring and thanking a particular person and that is the person who gets people reservation details along with the pin to submit the reviews.. These are submitted by their staff through unfair means. Radisson is a good brand hotel chain but this property has issues.
