The food prepared by the hotel was too costly and very bad in taste... They charge extra amount than the app offer... They said that there is no tax added so you have to pay extra.. My room is booked for 792 and they charge me 900... They didn't provided a proper blanket.. There is no facility of geaser for hot water ? Worst of money... Hotel O Surya is very bad ?

The booking was made for Rs.655/- but he refused provide the room at this cost. Had to pay Rs.850/-. He says that AC ROOM CANNOT PROVIDE AT RS.655/-

When I was arrived here, a price conflict I found. Hotel price were hire then the offered price It should clearly conveyed to Hotel. Billing part also should be clear and as per actual price whether it is complimentary or paid.

I have booked this roon for rs 700 from Oyo, but after reaching there they asked to give 200 rs. Extra, I was with family and there was no other booking so i have to give 200 extra.bit is like fraud, how can they charge more than the price mentioned in their website.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! 1. The bed sheets were not clean and the pillow covers had not been changed for months. Some of the smaller pillows couldn't be touched because of the dirt. 2. The AC had been unplugged for months. When asked to switch it on the receptionist actually got a electric plug and had to screw in the wires. 3. The dustbin was dirty on the outside and filled with trash. 4. The mirror was broken and taped down. The door of the cupboard kept swinging open. 5. The bathroom commode was dirty and one could see ages of feces deposited and not cleaned. 6. There was a cloth covering one of the windows stuck there. 7. In order to switch the geyser for hot water on, someone had to come and disconnect the AC before connecting the plug of the AC so the power wouldn't trip. This was in Room 101. I had seen the other rooms too, and this was their best room.
