convenient to the metro
staff has a very cold and mean attitude: they dont look happy. They try to rip me off . They are not professional or welcoming at all. They all need to be fired with younger, smarter and more professional. i will never go to Mera Mann ever again. i dont recommend anyone to use that every motel again.

Everything was good, it's just that the price is too expensive for a room like this. I have seen much better rooms with better ambience, area, facilities in other hotels. I'm not complaining about the quality of the room, it's good, but the price should be lower for the kind of room provided

Location is good. Nearby Railway Station and heart of city.
Rooms need some rennovation. Room service menu should be improved. There are not very much varities.

Food was good.
Hotel does not care for their visitors. I was staying up in top floor and there some maintenance work was going on. Inspite of telling reception they didn't not take any serious action. If a person is coming to your hotel it is their responsibility to provide them a good stay. Rest everything was good.

Lucknow does not offer a wide variety of accomodation. In the middle/upper category, there is actually only this hotel. Very recommendable for the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the absolutely exceptional location next to the subway, which brings you directly to the airport!
The furnishing and facilities are slightly old and could use a refresh. Also, the price per night is relatively high compared to other hotels. But as stated, there is (almost) no choice in this hotel category.
