Never expected this by a booking.com client. We reached close to the hotel around 3pm and called them. The person at the hotel was rude also talked non sense. He was not ready to release the room, he asked why did you booked through booking.com
He turned down our request, his talk was impolite
As we had no option we searched and got another property in the nearby town
Why your esteemed company still dealing with this kind of clients?
Personal behaviour is more important than anything else. They put us in total embarrassment

Not even bottle of water supplied at room. No guest telephone to contact reception. the water jug in the room was empty . no room service, no complementary breakfast. bathroom was average only. AC remote was faulty and could not adjust room temperature. totally dissatisfied with the property and will not recommend to any one
