Washroom very dirty,no hot water supply,the room does not look like the way it shown in picture,they hassel you to checkout,the room cleaning cleaned the room and putt the same dirty bed sheet again

Lift wasn't working, out of working.. had to walk upto 3rd floor. Breakfast service very poor...they couldn't provide a tea even upto 0900 hrs... Torn towels were given Overall very poor services

My stay in this hotel was pathetic. It was the worst hotel we( me and spouse) had ever stay. We stayed in this property for just one night. The room was very dirty, bathroom and toilets were disgusting. Due to the leakage of water for AC our suitcase were wet. The staff were not nice and professional and asking for extra charges for changing of room due the AC. The overall facility was very dirty. I took the photos of toilet and bathroom and room.. it was disgusting for the money we paid. Big disappointment.

The food was although late everytime but the taste was good but remember they don't allow outside food so be ready to pay more at the hotel. Location was also good. Overall above average hotel.
The AC was not working properly.. after i complained they told they are sending a technician and that guy is still on the way.. i called multiple times then they didn't receive the call , & i was forced to go downstairs and then he told he will send the technician by evening and that never happened.. Their was so much dripping of water in the room.. morning when i woke up their was water in my entire room. Also the lights were not working.. upon asked to change they showed me smaller rooms in exchange.. Food was always late. Even a sandwich takes 45-50 mins.. the helper boy just wants tip everytime he brought my order.. Overall i am not happy with this hotel..
