The staff, the location, the facilities, food were all very good.
we had initially booked for AC cottage, after paying more than 10k for one night. booking.com fleeced us, as same AC cottage was available at half the rate on the resort own site. we expected cottage to have all normal amenities, but the cottage had only AC, bed & one table, no cupboard, no coffee tea maker. the interiors & exteriors, exterior view of the AC cottage were also quite poor. fortunately the staff upgraded us to AC premium tent at no additional cost & AC premium tent had excellent facilities. The resort should have shown all photos of the cottage, should have clearly mentioned what was there inside the cottage room.

Room rate given to us was not accepted by the staff and they kept insisting that we have to pay higher rate. And the maintenance of the rooms was horrendous. One room was not having any locking facility. Second room entrance door was not easily openable. Ultimately a room was given to us at 11.30 pm.

The place is alive i feel due to its staff.. Right from Viru who is the operations manager to all the PPL working in the resort are down to earth and are ready to help you always.. we had planned our son's bday @the resort. We thot we would have some decoration in the room itself. However Viru set up the community hall with decorations as a surprise for the occasion which felt very good. The adventure activities are for 12+ age and are very exhilarating. However the helmets were stinking quite a bit maybe due to the rains.
The property is very old and the infrastructure needs to be upgraded. We booked the AC cottage and the room was very sub par for the money we paid. Toilets are very old and very small. Children's play area is much more rudimentary than what is available in society complexes. However archery and net climbing is there for kids. There was no club room etc and there are only 2 carrom boards in bad condition without strikers and a tt table as indoor activities(which was in the open space outside the dorms) . Food was very average with not much of choice.

Staff is very humble and supportive, cleanliness of property, ambience, perfect location to stay with family, colleagues and friends,food is delicious and variety of food,I like when chef come to us and asked,how was the food quality?
Booking process... especially the ladies who pick the call on behalf of resort 0922****507 the ladies is very much arrogant....if you are well educated then I recommend don't talk with her...She is talking with customers, like customers is not important for their resorts...and they are doing good in business ( I feel the way she was talking on call)

We booked an A/C cottage and it appears that the property has two types of accomodations Premium A/C tents and A/C cottages. While the premium tents are apparently ok, the cottages are in extremely poor state and that is not clear while booking the property. The photos dont give an idea of the state of disrepair of the area around the cottages and the cottages themselves. Firstly the property asked us to pay money to confirm the booking which we did. To charge more than 5000 rupees for such facilities seem outrageous. The room looked like a lodge next to bus/railway stations. Once we saw the state of the room we did not want to stay and drove back to Mumbai extremely disappointed. We had asked for a refund from the property and had left our details. They mentioned that we should approach booking.com. Booking.com appears only to be an aggregator with no customer service of its own. Even though the booking is non cancellable, on principle we should be entitled to a refund as this is really taking buyer beware to an extreme. This also is a reflection on booking.com to carry this as a 3 star property. One look at the cottages and the facilities for lunch etc and no one in their right mind would call those cottages 3 star. Its also a sad reflection of the lack of choices in peak season that the property is even putting these rooms for rent. Would want booking.com to ensure that we get a refund. Its not befitting booking.com to earn commissions on a non-stay and have options like this on their website. I can only imagine the plight of someone travelling from a city farther away.
