Wonderful
Very clean, in a family home, fast internet. Roof top view of the fort. Room had mini balcony with fort but but no furniture. Make sure to leave the city via "blue city" exit to see a part of the fort most don't get to see and also check out that part of town! Only 15-20 mins walk back to starting point
Can be a bit noisy at night due street dogs barking

The property was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants. It is a small walk to all the highlights in town and the fort. The owner and family were very friendly and welcoming to us. The shower was hot and had a lot of water pressure which was great for washing our hair!
We even had a small balcony from where you could see the fort.
While the property advertises their rooms to be inclusive with soaps and toiletpaper they don’t have any. When requesting toiletpaper they pointed us to the shops to buy some, this was the first time since our 3 weeks in India.

Ubication for going to the market of fort
Dont expect to get any sleep there!!
Very very noisy street, first they played drums till 1 am, then from 1-5 am dogs barking insanly loud in front of the hotel. Cars noise very loud, people screaming! Beds are really hard, when you shower you can easily burn your hand on the shower as the iron gets hot. Not working wifi! No kitchen even if its ‘homestay’. Even hostelrooms are more quiet for 4 dollar as I saw my friends place.

Professional and courteous service. Warm welcome and homely environment. Spotless beds, blankets and bedsheets. Hot water in the shower and cleanliness. The owners made us comfortable in their cozy homestay. Once we were settled, they guided us in planning our city tour. That helped a lot as we were able to cover all important points in 2 days comfortably.
I was pleasantly surprised with the professional upkeep of the beds. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The attached bathroom was clean and well maintained. Hot water was available throughout including the wash basin which was a blessing in the freezing winter.
It truly felt like we were visiting our relatives and not some strange hotel.
I would recommend Madhur Villa to everyone. Solo travelers, families, foreigners, etc. Kapil and his family will make your stay wonderful.
No issues whatsoever.

Kapil's family was so warm and genuine. They made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the stay. Location is ideal, just a short walk from the fort and the clock tower area. The room was everything I wanted and more. Being spotlessly clean, with cool AC, balcony view of the fort and a bathroom. Value for money I think. But like I said the family couldn't do enough for me. At the same time you have space and aren't pressured to engage. I left their guest house with a glow and feeling blessed to have met such nice people. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with Kapil's father.
If only most places had a feel like this. Thank you Kapil and especially your family!

Great location, nice view to the fort, comfortable bed and A/C to cool down the room.
But mind that the owner's family lives in the house so you have to come back not so late and these's early morning/evening sounds and activities, not so much privacy if you want to stay secluded.

Fantastic accommodation close to the city centre and Fort. We were very well looked after and the host assisted booking our early morning tuktuk to the bus stop. Would stay again and recommend to all. Great stay.
Nothing would stop us returning, just beware of low ceiling height over stairs if taller than 5'5" :) Wonderful host!
