The food being served is cold all the time. Rooms are not worth the reputation. Room service is extremely slow. Faced power cuts of hrs.

Washroom isssue. Taps were dripping continuously making Washroom wet all the time. Hand shower was not working, it was looking like municiple local Washroom. Mirror in gallery was having internal damp so visibility issue. Room was extremely good but with such Washroom issues overall comfort of stay was gone.

This is advertised as 4star. It is not. You can see pictures of filth, broken window handle, so the window can’t shut, it was noisy from the extraction, the window actually vibrated, all walls and light switches were dirty. The TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work so I could call reception (I walked down to complain). Only a tiny amount of toilet paper and of course no phone to call for more. I could go on. We complained. The staff said we could have complementary food but we’d eaten. We just wanted money back. But still I have no contact from the hotel. I have emailed again. The hotel takes your booking, you can’t cancel and then they seem incapable of refunding any amount. Do not stay here. We have stayed in 5 hotels around Rajasthan and this is the worst. Staff did get a new satellite box in the room and the phone working so they tried.

Nothing at all ,they are over priced ! Rude staff especially Mr Ripu,very ill behaved and arrogant .
The staff was rude ,the bathrooms were all clogged ,and stinking,they would not do the rooms even when you return back at night ,saying they don’t send the staff when guests are not in the room ! just one person is handling their entire house keeping on one full floor . Extremely bad food ,overcharged for a child khichadi for like 500-600 Rs each time so if you are ordering twice a day it’s like 1500 bucks for worthless tasteless khichadi. Ordered soem idli which were like a stone so badly made !

Breakfast was had a good variety and was tasty.
There was a lot of leakage, the walls were damp, the carpet was wet and the whole room had a funky weird smell. When i asked if they would change my room, they said that all the rooms were the same!

Great location and value for money. Staff was very helpful. Food variety and quality was good too.
Somethings in the room were not in an ideal condition. Looks like the property is not being maintained. Service after midnight gets very bad.
