The view of the castle was spectacular. And getting a sense of Jodhpur from the terrace was enchanting. The room was fine and met the expectations. The bed needed an extra sheet under blankets. The bathroom, as large as it was, wasn't properly laid out. getting to the WC with a wet floor after the shower was a problem. The restaurant staff was responsive and the cook made the food with care and followed the special diet instructions. After the initial disappointment with the accommodation, we found the manager and the staff extremely responsive and helpful. The room we finally got was on the top floor, probably the best room, even if a bit high to climb to. once teh elevator is in place, things may be different.
We had to wait for a long time to get the rickshaw sent by the hotel, resulting in a police ticket. The miscommunication in the location was a problem. Upon arrival in the rickshaw we were unhappy with the size and style of the room and the bathroom. We finally got to the room we could live with, after checking various rooms. the staff at all level was overall responsive and helpful except for one morning, there was no response and no one showed up after checking for an hour. Apparently the night before they had many guests and the night got too late for them. I think the staff shifts need to be correctly assigned as night and morning staff. Overall, they all wanted to be helpful, but the manager needs to find a way to organize the staffing structure well.

The staff were amazing, the view was marvelous, the in-house restaurant had great food, the entire building was beautiful, and the washrooms were squeaky clean. It's in an interior location, cabs cannot reach there, you need to take an auto or tuktuk but it's absolutely worth it. Loved every bit of the stay and would suggest everyone to book without a second thought.

This guest house has incredibly unique interiors, and a breathtaking view. Plan for "guest house" style accommodation, recognize that you'll have to take an auto-rickshaw through the crazy streets to reach it. But the view from the roof is memorable and 100% worth it.
The bed is hard, and no window in the room. You have to recognize that this is not an international hotel in order to enjoy it. It will be a local experience, but you can't beat the view from the rooftop at sunrise and sunset.

Historic property with great views
The location was very hard to find and auto drivers struggled. Would recommend providing better instructions on how to get there and how to instruct auto drivers. Google maps was useless. The hotel did provide a card with QR code linked to map location upon arrival but had to find my way there first!

The building is extraordinarily beautiful, it felt a real privilege to stay in such a historic place that has been carefully restored. We loved eating on the terrace.
It was fine for us but you do need to be comfortable with stairs!

Staff service, View from the hotel, staff helpfulness, Room size, Room service, and access to all the main spots including Railway station.
The entrance to the hotel was very very dirty. There was dog excreta everywhere. When I say everywhere, I mean everywhere. I guess this issue is mostly all around the old city, but the hotel can go an extra mile and make sure the entrance at least is clean.

Very nice place, we loved the room and the view.
The washroom wasn’t clean. The service was really bad. When we arrived there was nobody at the reception. When we tried to order at 21.00, the restaurant was already closed, and the common place were really uncleaned. (Cigarets on the floor, tables dirty with old plate from people before, the personnel was here but didn’t clean)
