Nothing.
Asked for a glass of hot water at 9 PM just because I was suffering from heavy cold, they declined rudely.
Rooms are pathetic like ruins.
The money i spent was a complete waste.

Small room, There is barely a moving space.
Curtains doesn't have opening and closing system.
Bed has cockroaches
No WIFI
Overall feel of rooms were very bad.
They don't provide key for the locks and You will have to call the staff for opening and closing the room locks.

Nothing at all. The stay was disgusting. The rooms were damp with cockroaches inside. The bathroom basin had no drain pipe, water falls on your feet while you use it. The telephone line was dead, I had to personally go to reception every time I needed anything. The toilet seat was broken and detached, you have to literally put it in place whenever you have to use it. I even found tobacco packets in my room. Overall, not at all to think of this place. I stayed in room 304 and they said its the best room of their hotel.

Rooms were very very very dirty,
Dirty linens, dirty washrooms,pathetic dirty and smelling window curtains, non-operational TVs.
Just bcoz this hotel is associated with Fabhotels,the hotel staff is operating is as a burden. They are not at all bothered about customers..just running for the sake of own profit.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The premium rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a lovely window offering a great view. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities were in good working condition, and the parking space was ample. The small garden was a delightful addition, perfect for relaxation

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and a soft mattress that made it hard to get out of in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly exceeded my expectations

Conveniently Located , good facilities and excellent value for money. Had a rough start to my stay however soon as I bought matters to the attention (I am an old fashioned hotelier - better speak in person to give them an opportunity to rectify) of the Management and they managed to rectify and retain me as their customer . Acting to customer needs- the hotel team excelled and rectified issues immediately . Always room to improve and I see the team expediting improvements. Thank you for “Listening “ .

I recently stayed at Hotel and had an outstanding experience. The ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. The cleanliness and decor of the rooms were excellent. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every need was taken care of promptly and the service was swift. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the local dishes which were exceptional.

The location is almost Central with airport and railway station not too far.
The room allocated didn't have a functioning AC. Also the room didn't look like a deluxe room at all. Also it didn't matched the photos what was advertised in the post
