Stayed at Sheraton Indore for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and ideally located — made visiting Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar temples super convenient. The pure vegetarian menu was a bliss, and the food quality was excellent. Breakfast had a great spread, and their signature Shev Paratha is a must-try!
A big shoutout to the staff for being so courteous and attentive, and a special mention to Pankaj at the reception, who was incredibly helpful in planning our local itinerary and sharing useful dos and don’ts. If you’re looking for comfort, great food, and top-notch service during your temple visit, Sheraton Indore is the place to be. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

Staff was very courteous specially at breakfast, exceptional outstanding training and level of service at the restaurant.
The room toilet was shabby, taps were worn out, shower had no water pressure at all, plus worn out, the toilet WC too small and low for comfort, not expected and acceptable at the Sheraton.

This hotel is Mis-Sold & misleading!
The photo on the website shows a “Palace-style” hotel. That building is a separate banqueting Hall & NOT the Hotel!
The hotel itself is very shabby & dated.
Also it’s a Pure Vegetarian restaurant, which was not mentioned anywhere.
We had to check out of the hotel, as we prefer Non-Veg food.

Nothing except a courteous staff : Bharat.
Not very satisfied with the service of the hotel. neither their dining staffs nor their bed and sofa of Room 416 were worth to be praised . Their lounge was also having bad smell. Yet nothing was being done by them.

Everything is great. Loved the ambience, tempting food & such caring & professional staff.
Ms. Disha at front desk was so helpful, and courteous and welcomed us with such bright smile & made our check in & check out so smooth. Mr. Aman & Mr. Swagnik from front desk were helpful as always. Be it large spread of buffet or in room dining, food was so good. Mr. Sugar, Ms. Preeti, Ms. Snigdha, Mr. Jay & Mr. K.K from food & beverages department welcomed us so graciously & took care of all our needs regarding food. Great team makes great brands...Way to go Team Sheraton...Thank you so much for such cherishing memories....

Had an amazing stay!! Everything is perfect...be it facilities , food or staff... When you are tired from traveling & people great you with respect & care, it do matters...This sentence is applicable for Mr. SWAGNIK & Mr. AMAN at the front desk who greeted us with such big smiles & gave us info about smallest details about the property which sorted our queries , Ms. TANISHQ & Ms. PREETI at food & beverages were so attentive & caring that it really made our visit so special that we are visiting back soon. I am really grateful for the wonderful experience & memories you given me Sheraton!!! Would love to visit again & again...
