Overall is good just room needs little more ventilation

The location was nice and the rooms were spacious, but let me tell you this is not a hotel. If you’re expecting hotel-like services, you’ll be disappointed. You have to buy water separately and pay for it on the spot. Since it’s actually a club, there’s no staff after 9 PM. Even if you just need water, you’ll have to go out and buy it yourself. There was no hair dryer and no dustbin in the bathroom because there’s no active housekeeping staff. We also had a Wi-Fi issue that no one was able to fix after 11 PM. The reception staff was extremely rude and they treat you like a child. One of them even got mad at me for asking for toilet paper. She said I should have checked it earlier because it was almost 9 PM and she was about to leave. She even said she saw me in the gym and that I could have asked her then. That makes no sense—why would I ask for toilet paper if I still had some? Obviously, I’d only ask when it’s finished. The same attitude carried over to everything including the food, reception, and the so-called hotel services. The gym was terrible. It looked like what you’d expect from a small hotel gym, but even worse. According to one of the trainers, the last time they bought any new equipment was back in 2008 when the place was built. The reception also doesn’t call; instead, they ring the doorbell every time they want to say something, even early in the morning. The checkout is at 11 AM, but they used to knock at 9 AM asking if we planned to extend our stay. Overall, it was a bad experience. Everything including the gym, pool, chess, tennis, and squash closes at 9 PM. I definitely won’t be coming back, even if they cut the price in half. It’s better to book a real hotel for that amount.

My recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. Despite being listed as a hotel, it is essentially a clubhouse/fitness centre and does not provide the ambience or facilities expected from a hotel. The location, situated right next to a hospital, further adds to the impression of staying in a medical facility rather than a place of comfort and relaxation. While the staff were courteous and helpful, the property lacks the essential amenities, atmosphere, and hospitality standards associated with a genuine hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it for travellers seeking a proper hotel stay.
