The area is cool and calm even though it's located just beside a busy street highway.
Also, the staff is welcoming and cooperative.
They provide plates and utensils on demand and as requested.
Zomato is allowed which is a plus point.
Cleaning staff visit everyday and are very cooperative and polite.
Water bottle is overcharged...like instead of 20/- they charge 30/-
Hot water for bathing is also available through solar panel heating.
So far they have abided by the said amount mentioned on Booking.com and have not asked for additional charges during checkin or checkout.
We had been given room with Balcony which was also amazing as we could enjoy the scenic view.
The size of the room is also quite spacious and breathable.
On both occasions of visit, there was an additional bed aside from the king size bed in case there is any 3rd person occupancy.
Certain bathroom utilities are not up to the mark like the room which we were allotted had the jet spray but was lying on the bathroom floor since it didn't have any handle to hang it on nor there was any towel or bath soap provided.
When asked for a towel and soap, they said they would provide but after multiple follow ups they only provided one towel for 2 people and had to order the soap from Blinkit.

They didn't accept my booking by booking.com they reject it and says your booking amount is very low. That's why we rejected your booking than i paid 1k for your 758 rs room

Facilities and room was clean plus the staff used to change the bedsheets when requested. They also allowed food from Zomato which was helpful since the hotel cost was quite high. Air conditioning and washroom was clean and usable. Only hot water was not available nor any heater but it didn't matter for me since I mostly bathe in cold water. Water was provided as requested everyday as and when required.
Size of the room was good as well as comfy.
Bedsheets were clean.
Even since the TV was not working for the first 2 days , they brought the technician and got the TV working again.
Staff is respectful and polite.
Cleaning staff visits everyday for sweeping and mopping.
Staff was good and but quite delayed response when called on intercom for any assistance and hence had to call them more than twice or thrice for even a bottle of water.
Staff denied wifi even though it was showing wifi name for SVL for 3rd floor, and hence used my mobile data.
Coffee is too costly around 40 rupees for one cup ? and also water was for 30 rupees for 1 ltr.
Have to call them multiple times to change bedsheet and later they stated that we cannot do it today since they had additional guests/rooms coming in and due to less staff they would not be able to change.
There was water draining from the AC which has got the entire wall damp and wet but the water did get on floor which was okay.
