Poor
Room was not as expected, ac water was leaking inside room and flooded in room. Size was too small for 3 person. Extra bedding was smelling . House keeping staff came after 2 pm for cleaning. Balcony was too dirty and too much dust was there. Only 3 shampoo pouch 1rs. each and 3 tiny size soap was provide as toiletries. no brush / toothpaste was there. Only 1 water bottle provided for whole 2 night stay.
Only Restaurant staff was descent and impressive

The location was decent. The staff were courteous, and responded to all request courteasly. They did their best to support but the quality of material and building is pretty mediocre and outdated.
The building isn't maintained well. The wall was wet and peeled off in many places.
The bedsheet, pillow covers and blanket covers are very old, dirty and stained - very very disappointing.
All the linens are crying for replacement.

Room was overall clean and spacious, with clean and fresh bed linens, nice bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful.
One very weak point of this stay was breakfast- available only chai, parathas, curd and few sandwiches. Choice should be definitely better.

Third class hotel policies, they don't mention hotel policies clearly, if you make a booking, they ask you to pay in advance and then cancel your booking based on their policies and don't even refund your money.
Hotel is third class, their policies and staff is third class.

Location is near Indore Railway Station. Hotel is in a good locality.
Rooms are decent. Washrooms are clean.
What annoyed me is that the Hotel Manager took a screenshot of my Booking.com reservation which had my reservation code and then used it to post a 10 on 10 rating on my behalf. Which is absolutely not acceptable. This is Fraudulent. Hotel to stick to Honest Reviews

Only staff was courteous especially the room service
Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. Despite being offered three different rooms on the very first day — including one described as a suite — the quality was consistently substandard. The mattresses felt like those from an old, heavily used apartment, and shockingly, one was placed directly on the floor instead of providing a proper extra bed. To make matters worse, cockroaches were seen crawling across the mattress, which is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. This stay fell far short of even the most basic standards expected from a hotel.
