this hotel fab is a scam and a hoax. It does not exist - the pics are fake and the address is fake - the cab driver could not find the place and when i called the number given - i was told it was the central booking office for Fab hotes and they gave me a different address and we had to spend another 30 mins to find the place and we landed at this crummy area with this awful looking hotel and inside it was even worse - surprisingly the hotel front desk had my reservation - this is a scam - put and end to this scam please - we went into the room and found it to be a terrible dirty den- we left in a few hours - it was the worst experience - this is a scam - do not honor any of these fab hotels in india - they are running a scam

Nothing ....since the Fab Hotel Prime Avenue team cancelled my booking even though it was confirmed.
When called and asked the reason, they asked me to pay more/extra which is not feasible as I would only pay what is showing on the app.
Also later the team stated that they cannot provide accommodation even when after much discussion and argument I agreed to pay extra, and told me to book another of their hotel named Millions nearby which was too pathetic as the location and facilities were too bad.
Booking.com should take strict action against such malafide practices where hotels try to scam and extract more unethical money from the customers.
Completely disappointed with this as we were stranded with no option to book and had to visit manual checkin with other hotels at a last minute high price.

There wasn't anything that I liked about this hotel. Very unprofessional staff, dirty rooms with leaking roofs and wet bedsheets. No parking spot, and no breakfast provided even though it was included in the booking. Due to a booking.com technical glitch, they overcharged. There was no view from the hotel. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, as the staff is not at all helpful and you will be on your own.
I won't recommend this hotel to any family or couple who is looking for a decent stay. Staff is very unprofessional and not helpful. Rooms are not clean, and there are leaking roofs in the rainy season. No parking spot and breakfast provided as per booking the executive triple room. The hotel was shifted 3 times because the rooms were leaking and not available in the other hotel too. This all happened with 3- and 9-month-old kids in heavy rain. At the end stayed in deluxe room and paid for executive room. No responsibility taken from staff and manager.

The hotel staff are cheats who took advance payment and when we went to the hotel said that it is full and they can’t provide accommodation. I was stranded with our old parents at the reception and the hotel staff and management refused to help, asking us to call an automated number instead. Our advance was also not refunded back. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Breakfast is available only after 8 am...but a small request on the previous night and they provided with a plate of poha and tea by 7.45..dinner pack was a thali which was good
Dinner pack included in the tariff is a fixed thali but it can be mentioned in the tariff plan. Breakfast available only after 8am
