From the moment I arrived in the city, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything felt. The experience started on a great note with a warm and smooth airport pickup — a thoughtful touch that made the arrival completely hassle-free. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. It appears to be a fairly new property, and everything reflects that — spotless interiors, well-maintained spaces, and a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. The reception team was courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were equally impressive — clean, tidy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality from the culinary team. As someone who does not eat pork, I really appreciated how accommodating and understanding the chefs were. That level of care and attention made a big difference. Overall, a wonderful stay with genuine hospitality — I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

1. Staff- They were amazing and helpful in all the nature. 2. Room- Its very comfortable and the bonus feature was the bathtub where you can sit and relax 3. Food- All the restaurants offer different variations of food which all taste great to your taste buds.

Our stay at Trident Hyderabad completely exceeded our expectations. Everything felt just right. The rooms are really well thought out—bathrooms had extra mats in the perfect spot, and there were fresh fruits waiting in the bedroom, which was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and they genuinely didn’t expect any tips, which made the service feel even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the rooftop pool and the spa treatment—it was so relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, both in variety and taste. Honestly, we would happily plan a trip to Hyderabad just to stay here again.
