Nothing to like there bad behavior by the staff. Was not clean no WiFi no water

It was spacious and a good value for the money. We would certainly stay there again.
The location was confusing. It was not the location advertised on Booking com. The staff sent a location pin, but prior to arriving it caused some uncertainty and difficulty arranging a taxi.

Wonderful
The helpfulness of the caretakers and the spaciousness of the apartment. The location is OK, but outside the apartment the area is busy and dusty. Not idyllic, neither is gurgaon.
Very poor communication between the booking site, the "owners", and the caretakers on site. As a result the caretaker is unsure if payment has been made, and if the visitor has requested early check in. Not a pleasant experience early in the morning after a 10 hour drive. The caretakers later turned out to be very nice, after a
needless tiff.

Location. Close to a metro. Clean and spacious. Hi speed wifi. Friendly Caretaker and housekeeping staff. Management staff Anekit and Badal.
Booked property was something else. They allotted some other unit stating 2BHK was not available in booked property. No in-house food or dine in option. Not even free coffee or tea bags. No restaurants nearby. Only swiggy. Management wanted me to pay the razorpay commission. Strange. First time i came across someone demanding this. During my five nights stay, three times they came up with some charges.
