As per booking.com info the name of the property was different when I reached the destination. When I started the booking process the staff demanded to take a photo of my id. I refused the same and asked him to take a copy instead of taking photo. He disagreed and told me the printer is not working. At the time of arrival the reception was empty and no staff was on duty. So I rejected the hotel.

Zero maintenance. It seems it was not maintained from the time it was built. The whole hotel is run by just one staff.

We had a reservation for 2 nights confirmed but when we arrived, they said they are full. They had my reservation in the system but did not have any room available for us. They provided option of an alternative accomodation but it was much worse quailty so we had to look for new accomodation.

The condition of the furniture was terrible. The sofa and bed were in terrible condition. Ants in washroom. Stains on the bed-sheet and bad smell
