This apartment is on the third floor, accessible only by stairs, but worth the walk up. The property was clean; I appreciated the air conditioner as it was hot. The host wife also offers a breakfast menu at an additional cost. We ordered almost daily, and breakfast was fresh and tasted great. My favorite was Dosa. Great neighborhood. The host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable.

Very convenient location, with many things in walking distance. Varghese was a great host. Good to be raised up well away from the road so it was very quiet. The balcony was very large with plenty of colourful plants, a great place to relax, the view is pleasant and open, although can hardly see the sea. Great dosa breakfasts set us up very well for the day. We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing we didn't like. The whole place is not ultra modern and the kitchen was a little dated but we weren't self catering so it was no issue for us.

Host is super awesome, he helped us with early check-in and provided washrooms as our bus had arrived early at Kochi. He also helped us with arranging outstation cab to Munnar.
Location is good near the Fort Kochi. However, sea views are blocked by Navy base.
Nothing really to dislike about.

Sea View apartments was a great place to stay. Perfect for a small group, comfy lounge, kitchen (we didn’t use) and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, shops, Chinese fishing nets etc. or catch a tuk tuk.
Plenty of clean/cold water for drinking.
Lovely terrace that in cooler weather would be great to enjoy outside.
No problem for us but the apartment is up some narrow stairs that may not be so easy if you had mobility issues.
