I booked the stay for celebrating the new year with my family, I booked close to the stay date, there was only one room available that time, when I talked to the host Abhilash told him about the situation he arranged a room for us. Because of this we were able to enjoy our holiday else the plan would have been ruined. About the stay, it's a traditional Kerala home, so beautiful and well maintained, surrounded by greenery. I always wanted to stay in a property like this. My family really loved this house, clicked alot of pictures here. The hostess Saumya was super friendly and very helpful. She served us tea in morning, helped us book a ferry for backwater boating, recommended places to eat. My parents only speak Hindi, while Saumya didn't, still they managed to have a conversation, that was surprising ? The house is situated close to cherai beach, we took evening walks to go to the beach. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Thanks alot for such a good experience Saumya and Abhilash!

Very friendly home stay

We had wonderful experience at Mi Casa Tu Casa Homestay. We as a family with 2 children rented 2 rooms on the second flour for 4 days in Nov 2023. Wonderful terrace with fishing pool outdoor lights and open roof which gives outstanding impression especially in the rain time. Excellent wi-fi. Very tasty and abundant breakfasts. Separate outdoor kitchen with refrigerator. Special thanks to the hosts whose hospitality and helpfulness exceeds conceivable limits! Very close to Cherai junction (for shopping) and Cherai Beach (for enjoying the seaside) and very quiet street at the same time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a good homestay in Kochi.
