the receptionist guy is very rude and his behaviour like very badly..also the room is not cleaned well. In there washroom there are used condom…And the bed , pillow was not good there is some bad smell on the pillow bed sheets also. I suggest you to never book the rooms here. It’s was my mistake to book the room here..in this hotel they are posted the room pictures online..it’s all fake photos..All over this property was uncleanliness and I was not satisfied to stay over there…

Staff didn't know my booking, not friendly. I reached hotel at 6:30am , first he told me no room for me He told me he has 1 room but room need to vacate at 1pm. I requested little more time to extend but he denied. Bathroom ventilation window ledges full of cigarette butts, used blades toilet seat cover dirty. TV behind dusty.I informed said issue in reception counter. He just shake his head only.
