Great spread and helpful staff. Food was extremely delecious.. The room was decorated for my wife on her birthday. Room was clean and spacious.

Located in the Lulu Mall the place itself is quite centrally located and the property by itself lives up to it's billing. The lobby area is quite lively and the inhouse restaurants offers plenty of options to grab a bite after a day out.

Love the facilities and staff.
Buffett Breakfast was decent but for the pricey could be better. They made me pay for a child bed, this is first time I had to ever do this, so slightly disappointing how an uncomfortable extra bed would be 1200rs.

Well maintained very polite staff. Food is expecional. A perfect location , with metro services makes the location extremely convenient. Love the namaste greeting by the staff makes you feel so good to be in India.

Good location and extremely friendly staff. Their lost and found team is honest (in my case)
basic essentials like bathrooms to be luxury if you are booking a king superior room, coffee and tea and not good enough. Premium toiletries were missing (Marriott is other countries which i experienced in amenities are better)

The buffet was great
The front desk staff seemed very rigid. Also I wanted to have a work meeting for 30 mins in total having 4 other guests. When I called from the room, I was told the meeting facility is at the Executive lounge and the charges to use that facility would be Rs 2500 per person. By the time I came downstairs to the reception, the price became $3,500. We sat in the buffet dinner area and had our meeting instead. I found it awful that the hotel wants to charge for a 30 mins meeting for an existing guest.
