Everything is good. I don't have anything to complain about. I took a hotel apartment for the stay with 2 bedrooms and an open kitchen. We had all the amenities to stay there for a few nights. Everything is squeaky clean and there is a fridge and washing machine at your disposal. The place is a bit farther away from edappilly (10 minutes by auto from edappilly toll bus stop) so it is a quiet neighborhood which is perfect for goodnight sleep. But close enough to all the amenities and metro. The staff was really friendly and happy to help with all our questions. It is worth the money you're paying for. I will definitely choose this inn again.

We liked the atmosphere! There was a sense of belonging and security. Being a maldivian couple, we liked it that many other fellow country-people were staying in the same place. Not that we visited to meet them, but there was always a sense of being safe, secure, and comfortable because people close to us stayed there. The staff of the hotel were kind and helpful. We were always greeted with welcoming faces and they were eager to help whenever we asked for help.
We faced three particular problems during our stay. 1) there was a problem with electricity in the room we stayed in. The power cut randomly for a fraction of a second which caused the air-conditioning to restart 2) the clothes hangar inside the toilet was almost falling off the wall because it wasn't secured properly 3) the washing machines were not fully automatic and so required us to manually rinse the clothes

This place is perfect if you are going for medical to Amritha Hospital. It' few minutes away from Amritha. If you can't walk, Auto will not charge more than 50 rupiya, and the place is good for families. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful

We had a warm and welcoming experience as we arrived in Hilux Inn. The staffs were extremely kind and approachable and we received good care throughout the days. The neat and well maintained rooms are what attracted us the most. The main spots in Kochi was in very close proximity to the property making our visits easier. The premium 3 bedroom apartment that we stayed in was worth the money with impressive amenities and a peaceful balcony. We will definitely opt this place again and highly recommend this beautiful stay for anyone visiting Kochi!!!

I had travelled to Cochin with my family for a medical appointment in Aster Medicity. We stayed at Hilux Inn, in the two bedroom premium apartment, and I must say, the service was outstanding. The apartment was spacious and neat, and had all amenities we needed. The reception staff were very helpful and always available for assistance. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as it was near Aster Medicity.

I stayed in the Three-Bedroom Deluxe apartment with my family. It was spacious and very comfortable. The place was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were very accommodating. The location is excellent, just near Amrita Hospital and Lulu Shopping Mall. Highly recommended!
