Nice location and good host. We had a late night check in and Mr. Sam was very helpful. He was waiting for us.
We had a misundertsanding on the break fast. Break fast is complimentary, however, this shall be pre booked or informed 1 day in advance. This was conveyed to us in their welcome message and we missed it.
Accomodation is close to all major attractions and location in calm peacefull area

Everything was nice! The breakfast was good and the owner is a really nice person who cared for us. Especially great was as well the big size of the totally clean room and the perfect mosquito protection (all windows are with nets). Another plus: Central location but totally quiet. We loved it!

This propels right next to the Kathakali centre and Santa Cruz Basilica and in a very central, walkable area that one can get to most sights from. David was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave good recommendations. He was also always reachable. The room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was also tasty! Great value and great location.

Very good location close to the sea, restaurants and shops;,the host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us very useful information, the room was very nice and super clean, located in a nice quiet street, there is a very beutiful small cafe/restaurant a few steps away, very useful if you arrive before the check-in time, located close to a bus stop and also a tuktuk stand, easy to go to Ernaculum by the road (ca 25 min to the junction railway station by tuktuk), no need to take a ferry

David is a perfect gentleman, always smiling and ready to help... nothing was too much trouble.
There is a kettle available to make hot drinks and a dining table for breakfast and if you want food delivered.
The room was really big with plenty of room for the two comfy chairs and side tables.
The villa is tucked down a quiet little side road within walking distance of most things, including a Kathakali theatre and a lot of restaurants.
