No words to say how much we enjoyed our stay there. The staff from the moment we checked in took very good care of us. Even though there were many foreign guests the staff never showed any disparity.. very much appreciated. It was my sons b'day and as per our request they arranged a small cake at 12 to surprise him. Also they packed breakfast for my husband who was taking the early morning flight.

Huge congratulations to Courtyard by Marriott Kochi for having Ms. Manchu onboard especially at frontline facing hotel guests; it truly highlights Manchu's character and Marriott's dedication to inclusion. Every staff member I met was so welcoming, especially waiters, waitresses, and their supervisors all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of
I would like to share some detailed feedback regarding our dining experience. My family and I joined you for five meals, so these observations reflect a consistent pattern rather than a one-off event.
First, I want to reiterate that the waiters, waitresses and supervisors (those in vests) were marvelous. They are genuinely hardworking and do their best to accommodate guests. However, there is a noticeable lack of leadership from the restaurant management. On several occasions, the manager remained at the coffee station while the rest of the team struggled to manage the crowd:
1) Crowd Management: Please consider adding a seating area for guests waiting for a table. On two occasions, my children were left standing with full plates for 10 minutes because we were told to check the buffet menu before the table was actually ready or available
2) Menu Variety: The food quality and variety need attention. We joined you for both Christmas Brunch and Christmas Dinner buffets to found that both are nearly identical, which was disappointing.
3) Dessert Selection: The dessert variety needs improvement, and dessert spoons should be readily available. I even noted other guests expressing similar frustrations to the supervisors.
4) Beverage Service: The beverage delivery is significantly slow. I waited 20 minutes for coffee at breakfast and a similar length of time for tea and soft drinks at dinner. Adding a second coffee machine or having prepared pots of coffee and tea ready during peak hours would greatly improve the flow.
The junior staff is doing a great job, but they need more active support and better systems from senior leadership to meet Marriott’s high standards.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott near Kochi Airport was one of the worst I’ve had in a so-called “premium” hotel.
My experience with the hotel started on a sour note right from the airport pickup. The driver held a placard with a name that was not mine, despite my having specifically provided the hotel with my correct name while making the booking and PAYING THE HOTEL IN FULL IN ADVANCE.
This was just the beginning of a series of disappointments:
1. the air conditioner in my room was leaking, causing water to drip onto the floor and creating a slippery surface that could have been hazardous and posed a significant risk to my safety. I reported the issue to the front office staff, who appeared to be apologetic and promised to send someone to fix the issue right away. After a long wait, a maintenance person arrived to repair, there were significant language issues AS THEY CANNOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH! Even after being relocated to a different room, the air conditioning performance remained subpar, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times.
2. It didn't take long to find out, as I soon discovered that the minibar fridge in my room was not cooling properly, and the few drinks I had stored in it were warm to the touch, rendering them undrinkable. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they were surprisingly receptive and offered to replace the minibar fridge with a new one. It still took so long for the new fridge to become "cold"
3. The transport arranged by the hotel a whopping ₹4,500 for a short trip to Lulu Mall, three to four times more than local transport, and the driver couldn’t speak a word of English. When I was paying for the extremely expensive taxi service, the Front Office staff attempted to overcharge me, Such incidents are alarming and undermine trust in the property’s billing practices

We stayed as a family with three children for three nights.
This was the last stop of our trip, and we decided to treat ourselves at the excellent Marriott chain.
We booked two connected rooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had wonderful showers with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Overall very comfortable and relaxing rooms.
The hotel has an excellent semi-Olympic swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.
Breakfast was rich, varied, and very tasty.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the dishes we tried were delicious.
The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help.
The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of cozy seating areas.
Cleanliness was top-notch in the rooms and all around the hotel.
A truly wonderful and luxurious hotel!

Staff was very Pleasant especially the guy managing the Gym and the pool was very helpful and safety conscious. The staff managing the morning breakfast was really very caring and took good care of us occasionally playing with my 2 years old kid.
