I’ve stayed at Casa Allay three times, and every time it feels like they just opened — clean, fresh, and exactly like the photos! The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. Whether it’s food, local tips, or small requests, they’re always ready to assist. It’s peaceful, cozy, and feels like a second home. Already planning my next visit! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

We loved the service extended to us by the staff at the property whose name is Anas. He made us feel very welcome and explained the facility very well. We had a couple of concerns which he addressed perfectly. The property is perfect, especially for a family. The highlight of the stay is the quality of the property and the service extended to us, especially by Anas.

This property exceeded our expectations. On arrival, we realized our room was on one of the second floor and there is no elevator in the building, which would pose an issue as we were travelling with a senior. The Casa Allay team was very accommodating and able to move us to a room on the ground floor, which was even larger than the initial allocated room. The apartment was very clean, well-lit, spacious, and had everything we needed for our 1-night stay. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable and had a lot of useful amenities, especially in the kitchen.
The place can be a little hard to find. In addition, getting the crib was a bit of a hassle; the staff first brought a bassinet that was too small for our 1-year-old. When we said that wouldn't work, they had to bring up a heavy wooden crib, which worked really well for us but was obviously hard to get up the stairs. If the property management could invest in a more portable travel crib, that would be helpful for everyone involved.

Lovely hosts, extremely polite and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The access to the location was a bit tight, but once you get to the property they have ample parking space.

My stay at this apartment was truly wonderful, and I felt an immediate sense of warmth and peace, almost as if I were in the comfort of my own home. The apartment is situated in a very serene and quiet locality (very much needed for finishing some work), far from the hustle and bustle, yet it is still easily accessible to all important locations in the city.
What stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every single person I interacted with, from the reception team to the lady in charge of housekeeping, was not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and approachable. I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile every time, which added a personal touch to my experience and made me feel truly welcome. These small gestures of kindness made a difference and are something I deeply appreciate.
The internet speed was bit slow, which didn’t caused much problem due to my mobile data.
