Wonderful
Great location with a great view. Back from the road so quieter than some. Steaming hot water.
Staff were great in arranging a driver for us to visit Jawalamukti temple and Kangra fort.
On site restaurant if you're not feeling like a walk. Walking distance to the main shopping area and temple. Would stay there again

Well positioned, nice (though not uninterrupted) view of the mountains. Hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. Showers are good with plenty of hot water. Rooms were large and comfortable and the balcony was also large and a relaxing place to sit. It is possible to do several shorter hikes from the hotel itself.
Restaurant was very good and staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walk from the hotel

The location of the hotel is very close to market place and Bhagsu Nag temple. Rooms have wonderful view and property is well maintained and clean
Since i was on my own and solo, i didnt missed on any offerings which i was expecting and was not fullfilled.

The all expeirence was amazing From the moment I got the to the hotel - the lovely stuff waited for me with the room's key the room was very clean and had amazing view of Bhagsu mountains The restaurant in the hotel is really good and the staff very helpfull with whatever you need Waiting to come back
My room was in the 4th level and it was very high I wish there was an elevator

Our room was a corner room with big windows on two sides and a big balcony - all with beautiful views.
The restaurant has a nice vibe, tasty food, and good service.
The location was perfect.
There was plenty of hot water and water pressure.
They never cleaned our room (we were there almost a week). We had to pay for toilet paper. The shower wasnt enclosed so the entire bathroom floor got swamped with every shower.

Needed maintaining the facilities, like it was third floor but intercom wasn't functional, but service was good and food was also good. it was pleasant staying there. View was overwhelming.
Intercom and lift. But the rest was too good. The Manager Dinesh was quite helpful and responsive.
