Poor
Hotel manager was very rude . Our was not reserved despite prior booking . At the end waiting for 45 mins at reception they allocated the manager room already occupied and filled with his personal belongings . It was pathetic ? and moreover they charged us full amount plus taxes for pre occupied rooms by a staff member. No tea ,coffee,or milk was provided in the room. We had a very bad experience. Never recommend to anyone ., ?
Nothing was there so far which should be liked .Hotel was not as it was shown on booking .com site .

Our stay at Gagan Resort was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst the serene mountains of Dharamshala, this hotel provided a tranquil escape. The breathtaking views from our room, coupled with the impeccable service, created a truly blissful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

Very Poor
Very rude behaviour by receptionist cum Manager. Didn't even offer any drinking water. We immediately left the hotel and booked Asia Resorts Naddi.
Kindly shut this hotel or otherwise change your attitude towards guests.
