I like staying at hotels because they provide a comfortable and convenient place to stay when I'm away from home.The beds are usually very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's often a variety of amenities available such as room service and swimming pool.
Staffs were really nice and polite.

Staff were exceptional, would go out of their way to help. Food was good location was excellent overlooking the valley. rooms were clean and looked after very well
there is no transport facilities other than hotel booked taxi's which are very expensive in comparison to locally booked taxi's.

View from restaurant is very good. Hotel is located a bit away from busy street but location is very good. By car, you will reach naddi view point in 5 minutes.
Pool is very good.
Staff is very friendly.
Rooms were clean. ( Make note that room cleaning is not possible post 4-5pm ). We were told that hotel do not keep duplicate key, if we keep our keys with us while going out, rooms will not get cleaned.
We had booked family room. It had 2 room each with double bed and one common landing area. What we did not like is one out of two rooms, did not had any window ( this is very bad ). Even though first room had large window with good view, it was opening in common balcony area, meaning you can not keep curtains open always as there will be many other people walking and using that common balcony/deck areas.
Hotel did not had 24*7 kitchen support. We asked for coffee at 6:45, we were told that kitchen staff start operations around 7-7:30.
Considering name of the hotel, we thought they will have good SPA facilities. There is only one SPA technician who caters all requests. So, at a time, only one person can avail SPA. We were looking for couple SPA, but as they have only one person, it was not possible. However, the SPA technician giving massage was very good.
Food is also good.

Location was good and nice view from the room
They were serving stale food (previous day leftover) in breakfast buffet. Few kids fell sick after eating the food. Many guests complained about the bad food but chef was pretty rude.

Place is very good and location is also good. Neat and clean rooms. Food was really good. Service in the restaurant was good. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Courteous and polite staff. They provided washroom and blankets for our driver at the location else can be a challenge. Also there is a eating place nearby so not a issue specially for the driver.
House keeping service was not upto the mark needed to ping them multiple times for getting towels and water at times. The room was good but since we were 4 adults the washroom was a bit of a challenge as there was only 1 and you have to wait for your turn. Else was a good experience.
