Place is little bit old and unhygienic, its like misleading in the name of old heritage place but however for the same amount of money we get better place to stay . Apart from that there are hidden charges like food, camp fire and starters all are chargeable including breakfast. quality of food, hospitality and hygiene is also poor.

Breakfast was good and I must say it was healthy Location was amazing but we couldn't get more time to explore the homestay surroundings as it is was located too far from the city and as per our plan of visiting places are not nearby this homestay. So whoever comes to visit this homestay must enjoy the homestay first with peacefully & then plan for other places. Homestay is suitable for enjoying with friends and family and for photography

There's nothing to not like about this place. Tucked in a quiet corner in the middle of a coffee plantation, this quant place is ideal for you if you want to spend a couple of days just unwinding and relaxing in the midst of serenity. The homemade food is lip smacking, and the staff is extremely courteous and professional. Will definitely come back.
I wish we could have played with the in-house dogs :(

Well, we enjoyed our stay for two nights at the property. My kid also enjoyed a lot in the property. Its a very old property and they have preserved it very well. Rooms and bathroom were clean. The property will give you a heritage feeling. Moreover, in and around the property there was a lot of greenery and one will like the stay if he wants to stay in the nature. The staffs were very courteous. Ravi and Keshav were always there to help you. The best part was the food which was very delicious. It was simple and hime made so we liked the taste a lot. Moreover, we also purchased filter coffee powder and black pepper which is grown in their farm. Since it is surrounded by jungle, one can go for a nature walk to get some fresh air. Overall, it was an amazing stay there.
Well, there is nothing that i didn't like. However, i must tell that the property is located far from chikmagalur main city so one has to travel more if you are planning to go for local sightseeing. If you have a personal car then it will not be a problem. The roads are good so it will be a pleasant drive.

Cleanliness, polite staff and good food
Bit pricey for room and services offered.
Though location of stay is great which gives calm atmosphere room for 2 was given near cafeteria which is bit noisy most of the evening time.

- The rooms are quite big, clean and well maintained.
- The location is scenic and easy to locate and reach.
- The estate is well maintained and quite big. Lot of open space to sit and relax.
- Pet friendly with 3 well behaved dogs.
- Staffs are friendly and helpful and can speak Hindi/English along with local language.
- Good network coverage is there, but I wish it was not there. :)
- No noise whatsoever, peace.
- Roads are good and doesn't take much time to reach the tourist places and view points.
- Food could have been a bit better, though it was good and meets the standard.
- Should provide regular room cleaning services.
