Disappointing
The food was very good and tasty
However here also the selection was far less than previous years
The quality of room service and general maintenance of the room was very disappointing. Facilities that were available a few years back are totally non-existent including internet access. Toilet facilities were sadly lacking.

Wish they had more drink options besides just water & sprite. Small refrigerator per room or one per floor would have been nice to store food or access water. Wish the rooms had hairdryer

Excellent Location
The booking was not confirmed until I aked to speak to the President of YWCA. I was then given a room confirmation and told that I would get a 15% discount which they usually give booking.com. On check out I wasnt given any discount and was very disappointed with the whole experience. Felt cheated.

Good location, clean rooms. Green lush campus which is unlike most other places at this price range.
They don't abide by the rates provided on booking.com which makes it pointless to use booking.com

Located in city centre and good locality. Surrounded by trees
Hygiene was less, breakfast is provided but the quality is very low

Loved the staff and they were very cooperative. The guest house is extremely beautiful and in middle of nature.
The breakfast served was cold and taste was okay.

Room service may be provided. Room cleaning not carried out daily. AC needs maintenance. Lunch is costly. Staff are excellent. But they need training in technical side in generating bills. They are stumbling in bill preparation and giving break up figures. Few are well trained but all are to be trained.

Nice place to stay, great location -well connected by metro and bus and railway station nearby,good food, neat spacious rooms and good behaviour of emplyees- especially Mr.Annamalai manager, safe for women. Will recommend to anyone. Very happy.

The organization was fine and the place was decent but too high rated for the facility
Expensive for a standard room which they claimed to be delux.
Other than that a peaceful place for a no nonsense stay.
As a guest who paid a load i Would suggest to improve the room facilities.
